CTLP50 air shaft separate tooth plates clutch is also called HBS split two ends of tooth discs pneumatic clutch. It is just like a connecter or medium, linking motor driving end and driven work end together, through air pressure making driving part and driven part connected, and making them separated after exhausting air pressure. With this structure and take air as power source, it is not only can save energy, but also can protect the environment. 

HBS mode Pneumatic tooth clutch is a kind of inside tooth Pneumatic clutch, it developed from outside tooth clutch. After supplying Pneumatic pressure, two ends of tooth engaged in axial movement; after exhausting Pneumatic pressure, two ends of tooth back by return springs. This tooth clutch is usually used in high precision industries.

HBS pneumatic inside and outside tooth clutch is linked by two ends of tooth engaged in axia movement after supplying air pressure, released by return springs after exhausting air pressure. Working thoery is similar with BTC and HTP pneumatic tooth clutch. Its tooth is not flat and larger than BTC plane tooth, it is concave and convex structure, so it is easier and faster for connecting. On the other hand, these two ends of tooth plates can be separated in two parts.

There are some models of these internal tooth clutch: HBS-20, HBS-40, HBS-60, HBS-80, HBS-120, HBS-200, HBS-300, HBS-400. Their dimension is the same with ASAHI CTLP and CSPP models tooth clutch, so they can replace CTLP 10, CTLP 25, CTLP 50,CTLP 70,CTLP 120,CTLP 170,CTLP 320, CSPP 16,  CSPP 25,CSPP 38,CSPP 55,CSPP 75,CSPP 130,CSPP 207,CSPP 350 in relevantly. The torque is from 200N.m to 4000N.m.

From above technnical data shown, we can understand that HBS model pneumatic tooth clutch is composed of driving tooth plate and driven tooth plate, they are sepatated. When air pressure is 0.6Mpa, its torque is from 200N.m to 4000N.m or larger. It is air shaft clutch, so it is suitable for bore diameter is varioued 25-110mm. 

This kind of tooth clutch, it is made of many pieces of tooth from 91-240pcs, because of this structure, so it is not suitable for high speed linking. HBS clutch allowable connecting speed is 20-80r/min, and its rotating speed is 700-2000r/min.
