Automatic egg yolk and white separator / Egg shell breaker / Liquid egg breaking machine

1. This Egg Breaker And Separator is designed for breaking the eggs and then separate the yolk

 from the protein (egg white) automatically. The customer can also just choose the egg breaking 

machine without separating.

2. The Egg Breaker And Separator part is a rotating disc-type, and the processing speed is different

 according to the diameter of the disk. The speed can be 3600 pc/h, 7200 pc/h and 10800 pc/h.

3. The egg be send the disk dozen egg one by one by the conveyor chains, the yolk and protein 

will be separated at the disk dozen egg.
