Pulse hot press machine mainly use on LCD screen FFC(Flex Flat Cable) soldering, FFC to FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) or FFC to PCB, ACF tape (Anisotropic Conductive Film) to PCB, USB/HDMI connector to PCB, HSC(heat seal connector) to LCD screen, FFC/PIN to PCB etc, electronic production.Below cables soldering for reference.

GZC-YPJ09  features

1),Built-in PID temperature control, heating can be concentrate on small area without defect nearby componensts. It will heat up instant while pressing, and fast cooling after finish pressing, so that prevent defects from soldering, such as components float, cold soldering.

2),With vacuum holes to hold the products(LCD screen) to easy align with FFC or other flex cable.

3),The temperature numerical controlled, with curve display in real time

4),Up and down dual cameras + Dual TFT monitors for precision alignment, easy operating.

        Remarks: this machine need to connect with are compressor.
