Our inflatables are made of PLATO PVC vinyl 0.55mm thickness material, it is water proof, fire retardant and lead free, have good tenacity. Quality Control during production:

 

 

 

1.Double stitching everywhere

 

All seams are double stitched (triple to quartic stitched in sensitive parts) and reinforcement strips stitched on all mattress seams.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Professional machine

 

We use high quality professional inflatable sewing machines, which special in sewing 18oz Vinyl. At the same time, we use 12 lines high strength nylon thread to construct each inflatable product.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Durable zippers

 

We make strong zipper at bottom of each inflatable. Zippers can help you deflate the inflatable more quickly. Above the zipper, there is a zipper cover, which is help to disperse the zipper's stress.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Reinforced strips at joint
