 2. How long will an item from design to mass produced?

    -About 7~15 days to make prototype sample as per your designs/pictures.

    -About 20~45 days for mass production. It based on the QTY. Usually 20 days for MOQ.

    So the shipping might take within 7 days by Air, or might take 20~50 days by sea. Contact us for checking.

3. What's the payment terms?

   -100% paid before making prototype sample.

   -50% before mass production, balance before shipping.

   -T/T Wire transfer, Western Union, Paypal

4. Can you make realistic look/lifelike figurines or statues?

   -Yes of course. Even our General Manager is one of our sculpt Masters. We will send you photos/videos of the progress of

    the sample prototype. You can see the whole prgress of how a final product comes from a clay.

5. Can you provide certificate such as CE/ROHS/EN71?

   -Yes of course. All materials we apllied are safety. It had been a world trend for a long. No customers will like material that

     is bad and not envionmental.
