KJN  Noodle Maker Dough Mixing Machine

This series dough maker was widely used in restaurant, bakery, etc. Dough mixer is used to mix flour and water, sometime add some oil and sugar  making bread or noodles. It help human beings to reduce labour, increase efficiency, and bring cleaner environment.

Working Theory:

Flour, water and additive are mixed by stirrer. They are turned, kneald, streched and squeezed in one bowel for about 10 minuts untill be a good dough.

Process:

1. Put in flour, WATER and ADDITIVE one by one, close cover tightly.

2. Start the machine, and keep it work safely.

3. After about 10 minuts till the dough was OK, stop the direction switch, the dough will unload itself
